Completion of a terraced family house in Nehvizdy, Prague-east. At the request of the investor, the following construction works were newly carried out: vertical and horizontal waterproofing against moisture, insulation of the facade in the Baumit SilikoTop system, anhydrite floors, distribution of sewage, water and central heating, electrical installations, plasterboard designer ceilings and visual plastering in imitation of concrete. Bathrooms were also implemented. Outside, a spacious terrace was built, an English lawn was laid and a front garden was created in a Japanese minimalist style. The pergola and garden house were newly made in a modern concept with simple shapes and clean lines. In front of the house, a fence was designed and built from Best concrete fittings and custom-made metal structures, including a sliding remote-controlled gate and gate. The mailbox was individually designed and manufactured along with other atypical details.
