Low-energy house Černošice
Eco-friendly family house in Černošice.
This is a three-story energy-saving house with a basement on the outskirts of the village of Černošice, Prague-West. The construction was carried out from the project to approval. Before the construction of the house, a retaining wall with a total length of approx. 22 m and a height of 3.5 m was built on the northern part of the plot. The construction was preceded by the demolition of the existing cottage, which was located on the property.
The house is located on a sloping plot of land, which is why one floor was partially sunk into the slope during the design. An independent entrance to the basement spaces was made from the south side, via a staircase and a small English courtyard.
During the implementation, the following construction operations were carried out:
• Demolition of the existing cottage

• A wooden supporting structure around the house to carry thermal insulation and wooden decking
• Drainage filling of the underground part of the house
• Thermal insulation of the underground part of the building XPS
• Thermal insulation of the above-ground part of the MV inserted in a wooden grate
Furthermore, the following works were carried out in the interior:
•Wiring with shaded cabling
• Floor heating
• Plumbing
• Cement screed floors
• Tiles and paving
• Supply and installation of Grohe
