The NATURE house is a symbol of simplicity and minimalism. It stands out for its clean lines, flat roof and modern features such as large-format glass windows that blur the line between interior and exterior. The construction uses natural materials that underline the unique design and naturally fit into the surrounding landscape. This is a low-energy single-story family house with a garage and a swimming pool. Layout 4+1, usable area 175 m². The interior is logically divided into two main zones: Day part - living room with kitchen, dining room and study, which can also be used as a guest room. Quiet part - master bedroom, two children's rooms, bathroom, toilet and plenty of storage space. Thanks to extensive glazing and sliding portals, the living space is seamlessly connected to the garden, allowing the interior to receive plenty of natural light and a connection with nature. To ensure economical operation, the house is equipped with modern technologies - a heat pump in combination with recuperation is used as the main source of energy. Emphasis is placed on the environmental friendliness of the materials used and the overall energy efficiency of the building. The house meets the standards of low-energy housing and offers a comfortable, economical and sustainable solution for a modern family.
