Horizon House – a house in the mountains that evokes open views and connection with the surroundings. This home offers magnificent views and a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor spaces. Its shape and mass symbolize simplicity and minimalism. It stands out for its clean lines, flat roof and modern features such as large-format glass windows that blur the line between interior and exterior. The structural and material design underlines the unique design, which contrasts with the surroundings, while in winter it naturally fits into the landscape. It is a low-energy two-story family house with a parking space covered by a gallery on the first floor. Layout is 8+1, usable area 255 m². The interior is logically divided into two main zones: On the ground floor there is a daily part - a living room with a kitchen, a dining room, a study, a room for guests and technical facilities. Across the stairs, there is a quiet area on the upper floor - the master bedroom, three children's rooms, a common room-gallery with an amazing view, a bathroom, a toilet and plenty of storage space. Thanks to extensive glazing and sliding portals, all rooms connect to the garden, giving the interior plenty of natural light and a connection with nature. To ensure economical operation, the house is equipped with modern technologies. The main energy source is a heat pump in combination with recuperation. Emphasis is placed on the environmental friendliness of the materials used and the overall energy efficiency of the building. The house meets the standards of low-energy housing and offers a comfortable, economical and sustainable solution for a modern family.
