Project information
The Cube – this house belongs to modern architecture with a minimalist design. It has clean lines, simple geometric cubist shapes and large glass surfaces that let in plenty of light and connect the interior spaces with nature. The dominant feature is the two-story structure with a flat roof. The facade is tuned to light tones, which contributes to an elegant and timeless appearance. The goal was to make the house appear luxurious, but at the same time simple and functional. This design approach is our favorite. When viewed from the street, especially from the north side, the house is more closed to the views of passers-by, while from the east and south sides it offers open views and a connection with the garden and the surroundings. This is a low-energy two-story family house with a garage. Layout is 5+1, usable area 255 m². The interior is divided into two main zones: On the ground floor there is a living area - a vestibule, a living room with a kitchen and a pantry, a dining room with access to a spacious terrace with a swimming pool and a garden within easy reach. There is also a garage for two cars and technical facilities. Across the stairs, there is a quiet area on the first floor - the master bedroom with its own bathroom and dressing room, two children's rooms, a bathroom, a toilet and plenty of storage space. There are also two terraces on the east and west above the garage, and the children's rooms have their own loggia. This layout and the number of terraces allow for their flexible use during different parts of the day. To ensure economical operation, the house is equipped with modern technologies. The main energy source is a heat pump in combination with recuperation. Emphasis is placed on the environmental friendliness of the materials used and the overall energy efficiency of the building. The house meets the standards of low-energy housing and offers a comfortable, economical and sustainable solution for a modern family.
