Apartment by an architect in the heart of Bubenče A unique duplex apartment with an area of approximately 233.5 m², complete with a spacious terrace (60 m²) facing the quiet courtyard, was created in the unused attic space above an apartment building in the lucrative locality of Prague 7, Bubenči, near Stromovka Park. The apartment is designed as a loft space with simple shapes and maximum attention to detail. The total area of the apartment reaches 310 m², and every element of it has been carefully thought out. After entering from the main staircase, you will find yourself in an elegant corridor that connects the quiet zones of the apartment with the living room of 60 m² and the dining room connected to the kitchen. A minimalist staircase leads you to the attic and to the terrace with a view of the courtyard. Great emphasis was placed on maximum illumination of the space. The interior is therefore complemented by glass walls, large skylights and glass doors that ensure plenty of daylight. The interior style is authentic and reflects the unique signature of the architect, who is also the owner of the apartment.
